Pomegranate balsalmic glaze

Phenomenal on cornish hens or chicken. Found it on MSNBC.com.

[edit] Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (the good stuff, no watery crap!)
  • 1/4 cup honey

[edit] Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until mixture becomes a thick glaze.
