Sweet and tangy barbeque sauce

- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup organic ketchup
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3/4 to 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 to 3 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

- Combine vinegar, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, garlic, salt, red pepper, black pepper and oil in large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce het and simmer, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
